Waiver Release Of Liability and Publicity Release In consideration of being allowed by Blazer Boats, Inc. and Grammer Marine to participate in the 2008 Blazer Owners Tournament (the "Tournament") and the surrounding activities, I, Boat Owner and I, Partner, do hereby acknowledge and agree as follows:
The undersigned agree that they are knowingly and freely assuming all risks of participation in the Tournament and assume full responsibility for their participation in the Tournament. The undersigned by and for themselves and their heirs, personal representatives and next of kin do hereby release from any and all liability Blazer Boats, Inc., Grammer Marine, the City of Pell City, AL and Pel! City Parks and Recreation, its officers, employees, and all other participants in the Tournament. All sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, the owners and lessors of the premises used to conduct the Tournament (collectively the "Releasees"), with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, loss or damage to personal property incurred by the undersigned as a result of participation in the Tournament whether arising from the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. Further, the undersigned agrees to hold harmless and indemnify all Releasees from any and all loss, cost damage or expense, including reasonable attorney's fees arising out of the undersigned's participation in the Tournament. The undersigned agree that they have read this Waiver and Release of Liability and the Rules and Regulations governing the Tournament and fully understand their terms. The undersigned further agree that by signing this Waiver and Release of Liability they are giving up substantial rights and agree that they are doing so freely and voluntarily without coercion or inducement.All competitors agree to allow Blazer Boats Inc., Grammer Marine tournament officials and all sponsors the unconditional right to use their names and photographs for any promotional use without compensation or royalties in connection with such use.

For Parents/Guardians of Participants of Minority Age (Under age 18 at the time of the tournament) The undersigned hereby certifies that I am the parenUlegal guardian for the undersigned participant in the Tournament and do hereby consent and agree to the terms of the aforesaid Waiver and Release of Liability as it relates to the participation of the minor participant for whom I am parent or legal guardian. The undersigned further releases and agrees indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liabilities arising out of or relating to the minor participant's involvement or participation in the Tournament, even if any such liability arises from the negligence of the Releasees.
